Needs Attention Signals

Last updated: April 24, 2026

Overview

The Needs Attention widget on the Home page surfaces actionable signals that highlight data gaps impacting headcount accuracy.

These signals help you quickly identify and resolve inconsistencies so your hiring plan, Ledger, and org data stay aligned with your HRIS and ATS.

This feature is available to all users with access to the Home page, including Admins, Finance, HR/People Ops, and Recruiting leaders.

How it works

Each signal represents a specific data issue that requires action:

  • Signals appear only when there’s something to fix

  • Clicking a signal takes you directly to the relevant page or filtered view

  • Once resolved, the signal automatically disappears

This ensures the widget always reflects the real-time state of your data.
