TeamOhana API Reference

TeamOhana provides APIs that enable customers to access headcount, forecast, and scenario data for reporting, workforce planning, and integrations with external systems.

Available APIs

  1. Headcount Data API

    1. The Headcount Data API provides access to historical, current, and future workforce planning data.

  2. Pigment Connector API

    1. The Pigment Connector API enables customers to export forecast data directly into Pigment for workforce planning and financial modeling.

  3. Scenario API

    1. The Scenario API allows customers to discover and export scenario planning data for analysis and modeling.

  4. SCIM Provisioning with Okta

    1. TeamOhana supports automated user provisioning over SCIM. Once your Identity Provider (IdP) is connected, assigning the TeamOhana app to a user provisions them in TeamOhana, and un-assigning de-provisions them.

    2. Please refer to this guide on how to configure a TeamOhana Role attribute in Okta so that the role you choose in Okta is carried over the SCIM connection and reflected on the user in TeamOhana.
