Using SSO in TeamOhana
Last updated: December 17, 2025
TeamOhana supports Single Sign-on (SSO) in a variety of ways.
Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace
Integrations with these work out-of-the-box and do not need any in-person setup with the TeamOhana team.
Note:- TeamOhana uses Auth0 as the Identity Provider.
Sign In Steps
You enter your company email ID on TeamOhana login page.
TeamOhana Auth0 detects that the domain is a valid customer domain and redirects to Microsoft/Google.
Microsoft/Google recognizes the domain and redirects for authentication against the organization based on the email domain.
You authenticate with your credentials/MFA etc.
Upon success, Microsoft/Google issues a token to TeamOhana Auth0.
TeamOhana Auth0 validates the token and issues it’s own token to TeamOhana Application.
If successful, you are logged into the TeamOhana application.
Okta SAML and Azure IDP
TeamOhana also supports Okta SAML and Azure IDP. This requires in-person setup with Customer IT team. Refer the following article for Okta SAML. The Azure IDP setup is similar.
