Understanding Candidate Icons

Last updated: May 7, 2025

Throughout the platform TeamOhana strives to make the user experience as easy and intuitive as possible. You will find most icons directly show what they represent, along with any data relevant to the icon, when you hover over them. However, the following candidate icons can be found in your Hiring Plan module.

The following chart will breakdown what they represent:

This blue icon indicates that we have the candidate's offer coming in from your ATS system, but the headcount hasn't been reconciled with your HRIS record yet. Therefore, either the new employee has not been added to your HRIS or the headcount did not automatically link. Once the headcount is linked, this icon will be replaced by a grey circle with the candidate's initials or profile photo.

This green icon indicates the headcount was approved as part of your hiring plan. Next to this icon you will see "TBH" = to be hired. This icon will disappear once you send an offer to a candidate, and will be replaced by the blue icon above along with the candidate's name.

This yellow icon indicates that the headcount was approved but there has since been a change request (pending). This could mean the pay rate is pending a change (ex: hourly to salary), or most commonly the target start date has been requested to change. This icon will return to green once the request(s) have been approved.

*Requests can be viewed for approval by an admin in the All Requests and Approvals section on home page.
